Product Description
DAM Quick 110-442 Trip Lever - SLS 2
Ensure your bail flips automatically every time with this genuine DAM Quick Trip Lever.
The trip lever (also known as the kick lever or bail trip) is the mechanical heart of your reel's auto-cast system. Hidden securely inside the rotor, this component is responsible for "tripping" the bail arm from the open casting position to the closed retrieval position when you turn the handle. Designed specifically for the DAM Quick SLS 2, this lever engages with the ramp on the reel body to release the spring tension. If your bail arm sticks, fails to close, or requires manual closure, a worn-out trip lever is the most likely culprit. This authentic replacement restores the seamless transition between casting and winding.

Installation Notes
Installing the trip lever requires accessing the underside of the rotor.
-
Remove the spool and the rotor nut to lift the rotor off the reel body.
-
Locate the trip lever slot near the bail arm assembly.
-
Remove the old lever and clean the channel of any sand, grit, or dried grease.
-
Insert the new 110-442 lever, ensuring it slides freely without binding.
-
Reassemble the rotor and test the bail flip action by turning the handle; the lever should catch the body ramp and snap the bail shut crisply.
