    Very common Ambassadeur (Abu Garcia) tension cap, now in kit form!

    This kit includes the following:

    • 1x 1116909 Spool Control Cap, Chrome
    • 1x 5145 Shim
    • 1x 20090 Axle Clip

    NOTE: DOES NOT FIT THE 'S' SERIES OF NEWER ABU'S: S5600, S5601, S6500, S6501, ETC

     

    Can also use 1307948 for cap

      Cap for spool control

      The spool cap was exactly what I needed for my 40 year old ABU level wind reel. Could not get ABU to respond, but fortunately Mike's supply house had the part. Saved the reel because he had part I needed !!!

      Exactly what I needed to repair my reel. Had a hard time finding it in stock online but mikes had it. Order took a little while to get but it came from Canada so that was expected.
