The service was excellent with Mike. The part, however, is slightly different from my 2014 auger. I only needed the safety tab. I would have liked to put the whole new handle in as a replacement but the holes for the fxing are different. I was still able to use the safety tab, but it's very expensive for a simple little piece of plastic. I must repeat that I'm 100% satisfied with Mike's service.
