They were patient with me when Osei g handles for 3 reels. One wasn’t manufactured anymore. The looked around a found me a comparable replacement. Probably lots of time spent to a little order.
I also did 2 orders a couple days apart and they realized upon parts arrival at their shop and they combined to save on me shipping.
