Very friendly people, and very fast service.

I was not able to use the spring it was a little bit longer and a lot stiffer, I used the schematic for part # that came in the box

I called mike’s reel repair. Told them my issue with pfluerger president reel. They had part were very helpful. I installed part works perfectly.
