The switch works great, and it only tooj about 10 minutes to replace.

Bought this part for my bow-mount trolley due to my speed switch not working , making my trolley works backwards only and not forward a d all speeds were slow.... switched it out to this new one i recieved and it works wonders,, now my trolley works at all speeds and it works in reverse and forward...
