I’m super pleased with the service that Mike’s reel repair provides its customers. I’ve had to purchase a castor cap twice due to my incompetence, and a broken rod tip. Going there in person and communicating online has been a positive experience. Just having these resources available for avid sport fisherman like me, I don’t ever have to worry about where to go when I need repairs or maintenance or even parts. Who knows, maybe I’ll need another caster cap soon.
