This is the very common Ambassadeur 5152 idler gear that has been in use since the beginning. Fits a wide range of reels from 4000-6600 and many others. Most require a c-clip to hold them on, part# 4490. Now you can ADD PORTING to make give this gear a bit less rotational mass for easier startup. The original idler gear weighs 2.04 grams, the ported version weighs 1.72 grams.... almost a third of a gram and a 17% weight difference!
