    Product Description

    Custom drive shaft with ball bearing in the base portion. This bearing supports the bulk of the load imposed on the drive shaft as the handle is turned under pressure. Outer portion of the drive shaft is supported by an Instant Anti Reverse bearing (newer models), a ball bearing, or bushing that is existing on your reel now.We bore the drive shaft inside so only the bearing at the base and the very inside end of the shaft are touching the brake plate spindle. This ensures friction is minimized allowing the bearings to do their job.Available in Left or Right hand models. Bearing choice is Stainless Steel or Ceramic Hybrid upgraded bearing.

    Drive shaft original part numbers:  Right Hand #21904 to fit Abu 2500Ci and possibly others.
