Product Description
Here's a major upgrade for the Ambassadeur 4000 through 6600 size reels. Kit consists of everything you need to fully modernize your levelwind system and is a SIMPLE EASY REPLACEMENT. Once installed, you will notice farther casting, smoother performance, and longer service life from the levelwind!
Instead of the wormshaft being supported by the stock plastic bushings, BOTH ENDS of this wormshaft are supported by ball bearings, and it's the bearings make this kit move like silk! We have included a black anodized, aluminum bodied, Titanium Line Guide for even more durability and for use with braided lines (or mono).
Now you can choose between the stock line guide pawl or the CERAMIC upgrade pawl! Once installed, we noticed a much more fluid feel to the levelwind system, and it felt like everything was connected together with perfection. This pawl made our Dual Bearing Worm kits work even smoother and faster! Upon testing these pawls out in the field, in one of the harshest environments available (sandy, silty waters) these babies came back without a scratch on them! The original part is a good part, but these add even more wear resistance and smoothness to your reel.

Great fit super smooth amazing casting. Took me a little bit to get acclimated to the speed of the reel in casting. Now I am good to go. Thanks again team of Mike's Reel repair.
