Our Physical shop will be closed certain days, while our online store will remain open to accept orders. Please note that we will not be shipping any packages on the days we are closed. We wish you and yours the best over this Holiday Season!

Canada Post is on strike. This will affect all mail post from our warehouse, including those destined for overseas and the US. This is because Canada Post takes our mail to the border, then the receiving country's mail system takes over...if it can't get to the border it can't get to it's destination. Therefore, during this strike, we have temporarily deactivated the postal options from our shipping programs and will only be utilizing Fedex and UPS to deliver packages. Once the strike is over we will re-implement postal rates on the shipping page.

Oct 23 2024 - We are now the Canadian warranty and repair facility for Kingpin Reels.

These are ultra precision made reels made in UK. We will be stocking parts very soon!

We are noticing that the search feature may not be working up to snuff so our web supplier is working on it as we speak!

Okuma has been slow shipping our parts orders. Currently we are quoting 8 weeks for parts to arrive, but it could be longer. We are working with them at the moment and will update when we know more.

Steps to use this website effectively

  1. The items you view on this website are listings for parts, not our actual inventory. While we carry a vast selection of parts, even we can't hold everything!
  2. ***If you would like to check live stock, please Contact Us***
  3. Browse our Schematics Section to check for part numbers. A new window will appear, keep it open and refer back to it for the numbers.
  4. Do a search for the part number. Enter it in the top search bar located on every page, right at the top.
  5. If the part number comes up, click on it and it will take you to the next page where you can add it to your cart.
  6. Search for all other numbers and add them to your cart and check out when you're ready.
  7. If you require help at any time, please feel free to call or email us.

Ordering

We do not accept phone orders.

Due to both the complexity of ordering and PCI (credit card) compliance, we are no longer accepting telephone orders. This protects you, the consumer, and us, the retailer. While shopping on our website, you will be able to keep up to date about your order, and direct questions to us, through your account.

There is a 20% restocking fee for canceled orders that are not cancelled before 9AM PST on Fridays. Our Purchase orders go into the manufacturers every Friday at 3PM PST...please be sure to have orders in before this time! 

Backordered Parts. If you do not wish to wait for parts to arrive, please note in the customer comment section on the order form " No Backorders" and your order will be refunded automatically if parts are not available.

 

Customs and duty
Please note that all shipments to US and Rest of World destinations may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
