Brand new, no box. Spool measures 3.27" across. We beleive this means it fits a 3 3/8" St. George. There are a couple of really minor marks in the finish at the edge of the lower rim. Would not be noticeable when assembled in the reel (I had to look to find them) Has click gear protector cap as well.
